5 out of 10

 *I had been doing better and then a swollen slight spleen re-emerged over the weekend. The past three days I've been as bad as I've been when I was having my worst days. I worked out lightly for 25 minutes Sunday morning and for 25 minutes Monday night which seemed to trigger exhaustion. Legs have been back to feeling weak the past several days.

Sleep:  12:00 AM - 8:30 AM (8.5 hours)

Diet:
coffee
Salad with salmon
Blueberry smoothie


Symptoms
-overtaken by exhaustion
-body aches
-some light dizziness periodically
-WEAK fatigued legs
-sensitivity to cold
-left eye continues to be infected under eyelid
