Symptoms
Still feeling the effects of staying up past 3:00 AM leading into Sunday morning perhaps. Absolutely awful fatigue today, very weak legs and arms. Feeling of rapid heartbeat. Fatigue was so powerful after lunch I had to drink tea to try as a stimulant to get me through 2nd half of the workday. Muscle cramps and aches were not bad, barely noticeable. Felt extreme exhaustion and what feels like adrenal fatigue all day. Poor diet over the weekend could have been a factor, every meal was not nutritious. Definitely frustrated in taking a huge step back today, and feel back at square one somewhat.
