Symptoms
Today was ever so slightly better than yesterday. Leg weakness was noticeable, but improved. Rapid heartbeat was barely noticeable & improved. Brain fog gone. Slight muscle aches and pains but not bad. Overall energy level was definitely improved. Dizziness and balance much better.


Exercise:
Walked once around neighborhood with the dog (.25 miles). Felt heartbeat speed up uncomfortably when I ran with him.
