Diet:
Lemon green tea
Salmon Salad
Coffee
Pumpkin Scone
Coconut Water x2
Extra amount of water

Symptoms
-Extreme fatigue upon waking
-Slight morning headache/dizziness
-Feeling of rapid heartbeat after walking around the office, any exertion
-No real leg weakness
-Muscle pain and leg weakness was minimal
-Woke up around 4 AM in middle of last night with awful all over body pain.
-Extreme detox/diarrhea from herbal fiberblend
