vegtables (squash, zucchini)

Salad w/ brown rice Chipolte
Lots of water

Symptoms
Woke up feeling like I was 85 years old and in a lot of stiff pain. Felt awful until 10:30 AM or so. Energy level was not terrible today, but legs felt somewhat weak at night time. Slight gland cramping in pelvis area. Will attempt to work out lightly tomorrow morning if I get proper rest and feel up to it. Body aches were better today.
