Diet:
5 rice cakes

Symptoms
Woke up with extremely weak legs. This continued into 25 minutes on the cross training machine light intensity at the gym and during my .5 mile walk with the dog following. Groing irritation/pain and slight ache. Rapid heartbeat was not bad. Felt extreme unrest upon waking like I could not get woke up.
